About Us

NightAsWell, LLC is a St. Louis, Missouri-based firm founded in 2007 by Daniel P. Mauzy (pronounced mo-zay) and his wife Katherine. The company produces and distributes a line of specialty greeting cards, gift packaging, party goods and gifts designed for sharing after the sun goes down.

The idea for NightAsWell was born when Mauzy was rushing home from an obligatory function to spend what was left of Father's Day with his young children. Upon his exit, as his cohorts called out, “Happy Father's Day!”, Mauzy looked at the setting sun and called back, “It’s more like Father's Night.” When he got home, Mauzy playfully asked his kids, “Why don't we celebrate Father's Night?” The card and gift concept originated from the good times his family shared that evening.

Dan and Katherine knew they had an original concept that was worth pursuing when they noted how many holidays and special occasions are celebrated at night with dinners and parties. NightAsWell cards and gifts address such occasions with creativity and flair, and they are ideal for shoppers who wait until the last moment to buy for their wives, husbands, children or friends.

Based on the feedback they are receiving, the time is right for the NightAsWell concept.
